Basically, tumblr fucked up and I lost all but 15 notes on my original giveaway post that had about 470 notes on it. I asked nicely why this happened, and instead of an answer, they deleted the post and all the subsequent reblogs because it’s against policy. So now I don’t even have THOSE 15 people.
But since there are a crap-ton of giveaways happening on tumblr any given day, I give absolutely no fucks, so we’re trying this again, but a bit differently.

I really love sweet potatoes, but I hardly eat them. This was a recipe I found online, and then I altered it to make it even easier. This was my first time making it, and it was really delicious! It DID take a while, though, so this is in no way a quick meal… Though, I suppose you COULD bake the potato in the microwave… I’ll test that out next time. :P

What you’ll need:
- Sweet potato of course
- sour cream
- salsa (or actual tomatoes and spicy peppers)
- corn (I used the frozen roasted corn that Trader Joe’s sells)
- red onion
- cilantro (fresh or dried)
- black beans
- cheese of your choosing
Something I have discovered I love, and something that pairs perfectly with those tacos, is some guacamole, but I’m REALLY picky with it. This is the best guac I’ve ever had, and I need to make it again soon because oh man, so good. It’s easy to make, so this’ll be short and sweet.

What you’ll need:
- Avocados of course
- tomato
- red onion
- serrano pepper
- an orange
- lime
- salt
- fresh or dried cilantro
Very sadly, I have not made tacos in a long while, and I may do that soon because I really need to. :C I have a few recipes that I had stocked up and hadn’t posted, so I figure I’ll share them now!
The tacos I make are super Americanized; I love traditional tacos, too of course, but this is how I make mine. <3

What you’ll need:
- meat of choice (chicken is pictured, but I’ll show beef as well)
- red pepper
- tomato
- onion (red or white or both if you’re low like I was)
- serrano peppers (optional; I just like kick in my food)
- lime
- cheese (also optional, but come on, you want it)
- lettuce
- salsa
- taco shells and/or corn.flour tortillas
- taco seasoning (found in the spice aisle; it’s usually easy to find)
I love French Toast. Who doesn’t love French Toast? Crazy people, that’s who. Thing with FT, is that most people think it’s hard to make. People opt for pancakes or waffles because they’re ‘easier,’ but I think they have a pretty similar difficulty level. The following is roughly for one person, or two small portions (it made enough for three slices!).
Here’s what you’ll need:

- Milk
- 1 egg
- bread; any kind works, but thicker is better, and it should be a few days old, or frozen. (I freeze my bread like a crazy lady, so mine’s frozen)
- Cinnamon (Optional)
- Vanilla Extract (Recommeneded and not shown)
- cooking oil or spray
- frying pan/skillet
- a shallow bowl

I made these for Valentine’s Day, but these can be made really for anything. These are actually pretty simple for how nice they come out.

- One box of your favorite brownie mix
- melted butter to use instead of oil
- 2 eggs
- water
- fudge frosting
- vanilla extract
- Optional white chocolate and sprinkles
