I made these for Valentine’s Day, but these can be made really for anything. These are actually pretty simple for how nice they come out.

Hey guys! I apologize for how late these Valentine’s posts are gonna be. I swore Valentine’s was on Wednesday, but honestly, since I’m sending some of these to people, it’ll be more of a surprise if I don’t post them.
That said, I decided to make a post for cupcakes because a friend of mine needed some help, so I thought what better way to help than right on my blog! :D
So I failed to mention what things you will most likely never see cooked on my blog. One thing is fish because I typically only like salmon, and it’s a really rare treat to buy, and another, and this is a big one, is pork.
Usually when I say this, I get at least one person asking if I’m Jewish. Technically there’s some Jewish from my dad’s side of the family, but that’s not what we’re talking about. Point being, the only thing I actually eat that’s derived from pig is bacon… Which has a different taste than ribs, tenderloins, cutlets, and other pig products.
I don’t want to turn down my first request, though, so I just want to throw out that this will not be ‘traditional’ in any sense. Granted, I don’t like a good number of the ingredients, but I assume all together it might be something I’ll like and it’s worth trying. Anyway, so here are my thoughts on the dish…

But oh god, I don’t even wanna say the name for fear of butchering it completely. OTL I’ll look it up and do my best, though! I’ll try to make it within the week~ :3
Sorry for the lack of update for Thursday. Took a long nap and wasn’t able to cook anything today. :C
However! Over this weekend I’ll be making Valentine’s cookies. :D So there’s something to definitely look forward to over the next few days. <3
Okay, I know what you’re all thinking, “A quesadilla maker? Why not just use a frying pan?” To this, I completely agree with you in that you CAN do that. However…
Look at this thing. Look at it and tell me this isn’t awesome. The clasp handle thing is a fricken’ chili pepper! Okay seriously, now…
I was thinking it’d be fun to do something outside of just recipes, so while I’ll probably still post some sort of recipe tonight, for right now, this might be fun.
Wishlist Wednesday showcases some kitchen/cooking accessory/appliance that I would love to have. Some of these will be really dumb, but that’s why it’s a wishlist; ‘cause I think they’re cool, but that doesn’t mean I’m buying them any time soon.
Basically, I’ll find the item I want, look at it’s specs, brand comparisons, pricing, whether I really think it’s worth owning, etc, etc.
I’ll make the actual post today in another text post to make things all neat and spiffy~
